Recruitment and New Members
Currently, Relentless is recruiting members of levels 55 and higher in an effort to bolster it's ranks and begin raiding. All new members must register on the website within 10 days of joining the guild, or they will be removed. This requirement is an effort to maintain an effective method of communication with our guild mates in and out of the game. This website is the hub of communication with the guild, and thus, all members must be able to participate.
All initiates are subject to review by guild management (Rank Class Leader and higher). An initiate's membership in the guild can be terminated by any management team member at any time for any reason. This effort it to ensure the members joining our ranks will be compatable with our goals and able to make a positive contribution to the team
Promotion
Promotions within the guild reflect a number of factors of a member's participation - be it guild bank donations, group and raid participation, length of time at a certain rank, or just because we like you. We'll keep an eye on you, and we keep track of dates, and you'll be promoted as we feel nessisary. However, if you feel as if you deserve a promotion, by all means let us know. Send a management team member a mail in-game requesting time to talk, and we'll gladly sit down and hear you out.
All promotions will be voted upon in a closed-doors hearing by majority vote among the leadership team.
Guild Expulsion
Those who have registered on the website and who have been promoted to Member status are recognized as contributing members to the guild and will be treated as such. As such, a Member can not be removed at the whim of a management team-member as usual. A set of conditions must be met in order for member expulsion:
- Three to four members of the management team must be in agreement as to the reason for expulsion. At this time, the Guild Leader will be asked if he has reason to veto. If he does not, the member will then be removed. The Guild Leader may veto a member's termination for any reason, however:
- If five or more management team members agree on the termination, the Guild Leader has no right to veto. The member will be removed from the guild immediately.
Guild Events / Calendars
Relentless uses both online and in-game calendars. All official guild-sponsored events, required events, and scheduled raids will be listed here in addition to the in-game calendar. The in-game calendar may be used by players to schedule personal dungeon runs, meetings, and events, however they will be unable to schedule events on the online guild calendar.
